A Masters level coach...
I graduated with a Masters degree in professional-executive coaching and mentoring in 2007. The qualification added insight from the different schools of psychology to my business experience working in training and consultancy specialising in behaviour and motivation, marketing and business development.
My first coaching and mentoring experience came in 1997 working with Nissan. Having qualified as a professional marketer and enjoyed success in sales and marketing management, my role with Nissan was to provide support for a selection of managers.
